Crystal Court Care Home is a 60-bed nursing and dementia residential care home and they are currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants for full time hours, working 8pm – 8am.

Do you want to work for a home that truly cares? The home manager works exceptionally hard to create a family-like feeling throughout the home and ensure every resident feels at ease and happy in the home. They have previously invited owls to visit a resident, asked Art students to paint a painting for a resident’s room and placed a bird fountain outside another resident’s window – all to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

Experience of working in care isn’t essential, as they will provide you with full training and support to enable you to become an outstanding carer. However, you will need a genuine interest in caring for others and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality care is maintained.

They recognise that the role of a Care Assistant requires great skill, commitment and compassion and therefore their rates of pay are £9.40 per hour and they will support you to study your Level 2-3 in Health and Social Care.
