Vacancy Hours - 9am-12.30pm, Saturdays + additional hours for performances.
Contract Type - 3.5hrs per week; 30 weeks per year; term time only. Ongoing contract.

Skipton Music Centre are looking to employ an energetic and experienced  Ensemble Director to lead, inspire and progress their Concert Band and Big Band.

The successful candidate will be confident leading and conducting large ensembles of wind, brass and percussion instruments, in groups aged 10-adult.

We are a non-auditioning Music Centre and members of both ensembles are of at least Grade 3 standard, with many high-grade and semi-professional players.

Both ensembles meet on Saturday mornings during term time, for 30 weeks per year. They additionally perform regularly and remission is payable for all additional hours worked in this respect.
