As the situation with the coronavirus continues to develop we are urgently looking for additional staff to support vital health and social care services in your community.

As the NHS deals with the critical cases, community social care teams are increasing local care provision.

We are looking for people to support us at this critical time.

In care and support roles you will:

·     Support adults with care and support needs to maximise their independence and wellbeing.

·     Provide appropriate personal care in a manner that promotes dignity and independence, assisting people to maintain their personal hygiene and appearance

·     Support/enable people to maintain a healthy and balanced diet

In care, every day is different as your work revolves around the people you’re helping. You’ll be assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. Care does require hard work and commitment, but it’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Make a difference to someone’s life in these most critical of times.

Whilst we are looking to commence people swiftly in this temporary opportunity, if you find that social care is a new career for you, we can look to consider permanent work too.

We operate 24/7 and therefore can consider availability for a variety of hours and times.

Work can take place in a variety of settings, residential care facilities, respite care, care in the home etc.

Experience is not required, training and support will be provided to be success you will be eager to learn and have the ability to deliver vital care and support.

If your current employment is taking a temporary downturn (i.e. retail, hospitality, tourism), you are back from University earlier than anticipated, looking for temporary employment to support you with immediate income or just keen to do your bit to help the nation please apply immediately, don’t delay – your support is critical.

To be assessed for the role, we will complete a telephone assessment with you. After you have been assessed we will need to complete some quick clearances checks, and we hope to have to deployed shortly after this.
