We are now recruiting Home Care Support Workers to join the team of dedicated and passionate carers, who assist and improve the lives of those they work with, giving support that is as individual as the person receiving the care, allowing them to maximise choice and reach their full potential.

In this role you will be caring for an elderly lady who suffers with early dementia and her little dog. You will act as a crucial companion for her, keeping her safe and secure. There is no personal care, moving or handling in this role. We do ask that the successful candidate will be a driver and have previous experience with dementia care. In this role you would work alternating Fridays from 11am to Monday at 11:30am (so there is a handover).

Home Care Support Workers should provide practical household support, social assistance and personal care where required, you will need to work in a person-centred way, ensuring that clients rights, wishes, independence and dignity are respected at all times.
