Are you an experienced social worker who wants practice in a strength based way with families? Think outside the (tick) box and work in a creative and innovative way to make a difference to children and their families?
We have fantastic opportunities for dedicated social workers to be part of an organisation that is at the forefront of Children’s Social Work and continues to influence the rest of the country through our ambitious and forward-thinking ways of working.
As a Partner in Practice, we are leading the way in social work with children and their families; our work is child-centred and there is a longstanding, clearly embedded model of practice, based on building effective relationships with children, young people and families.
You will receive a comprehensive programme to ensure new recruits have a thorough induction, receive ongoing support from managers and have the opportunity to progress in your career.
“Working for NYCC as a social worker is a fantastic career. We are a team that advocates for the young people we support and make every effort to encourage the young people and families we work with to hope and to heal.” – Social Worker
