As Head of Effective Practice and Quality Assurance you will be pivotal in supporting the continuous development of our children and families service, managing change in a time of financial constraints and providing clear leadership and management to enable staff to perform at their best. You will be at the forefront of transformational change and be part of a truly exceptional team who strive to make a difference for the children and families of North Yorkshire.

As significant member of the children and families senior leadership and management team, you will contribute to the overall development and delivery of the service. You will be specifically responsible for ensuring that practice is monitored effectively across a complex multi-agency system, assessing risk, learning and implementing change effectively and at pace in order to meet rigour of testing inspection frameworks. In addition, you will enhance strategic delivery of services through robust quality assurance.
