We are excited to offer the opportunity for an innovative and talented individual to join our service as Innovation and Intelligence Officer. This is a role that offers the successful candidate the chance to identify, interpret and develop high levels of complex data from a variety of different sources, feeding into high level, meaningful reports informing decisions on marketing, innovation, product development, sales and retention which will inform traded services, the wider NYES team and Commercial Board.
The role is challenging and very diverse, you will work with a broad range of services and on a variety of different projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with extensive knowledge of the education industry or indeed, teaching experience, as well as a significant skillset and experience in data analysis and research. We are looking for someone who could bring their passion to our organisation and support us with our plans to expand our reach across the UK. You will have sound knowledge of competitor and consumer intelligence processes, as well as research, analysis, interpretation, communication and reporting of findings. You will further develop and establish sector and internal intelligence streams to support strategic decision making.
