Grade: B3 point 7 depending upon experience   

Vacancy Hours: £22 369 pro-rata, TTO plus 5 days

The Bramham Shadwell Federation is seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to start as soon as possible. This position is 8.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days during the holidays.  Job share/part time will be considered. The position is based at Shadwell Primary School, however successful candidates may occasionally be required to work at either school.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator who enjoys working with children and is an excellent communicator and team member.

 

You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge and experience of SIMs and FMS or other financial databases is essential. It is desirable that the candidate either has previous knowledge and experience of working in a primary school or that they can show how the daily demands of the role are currently met through other administration experience, on completing the application form.

 

In accordance with our ethos of ‘Excellence for All’, we are looking for a candidate who can prioritise work to meet conflicting deadlines; input and retrieve data from computerised systems; work with the Federation Business Manager to improve the work organisation and effectiveness within the school office; ensure effective and meticulous record keeping and maintenance, and the understanding that confidentiality must be kept at all times.

 

The candidate must work efficiently, have the ability to work both independently and as part of a committed team within our fast-paced office with a team of committed and hard-working colleagues.
