Project Architect
Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 (experience dependant)
Contract: Permanent, Full time. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid working. Main office in Northallerton or Otley

About you
Are you looking for a new opportunity in a growing and successful team, to build on your knowledge and experience in a rewarding industry? As part of our expansion and development, we require a Project Architect to have a vital role in our team working across a variety of projects in the north of England.
As an integral part of the architectural team, you will act as a lead consultant responsible for liaising with clients and contractors as well as co-ordinating with the design team to produce strategies. It is important to have a good understanding of regulations and construction legislation, as well as great personal organisational skills to meet deadlines and co-ordinate on site meetings and schedules.
Utilising your excellent IT skills, as well as understanding of project management, you will produce schedules of work and specifications using NBS software. It is essential that you have a good general understanding of the Joint Contracts Tribunal (Traditional / D&B) and New Engineering Contracts.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Hold RIBA Part I, II & III qualifications plus ARB registration.
· Has a minimum 3 years post Part I architectural experience in a UK company.
