Job Title: Social Worker – Children & Families Service

Salary:  £32,909 - £42,503 per annum pro rata + relocation support

Grade: J-L
Location: We have various opportunities in the Scarborough and surrounding areas.
We very much promote flexible working with the ability to work remotely from a variety of bases as well as from home, whatever makes sense and is suitable to provide the best service.

As Social Worker working in a well established Family Assessment and Support Team (FAST), with the focus of interventions support children, their family and network to make positive changes that continues after we no longer need to be  involved. Our practice model is designed to work on developing relationship with families to keep children safe and families together, with the right intervention at the right time in the right place.

 

As a service, we are committed to creating a healthy culture where social workers have forums to share their views about the organisation and environment in which they work. We pride ourselves on our confident workforce who feel safe and their practice has been further enhanced by incorporating Social Worker's views in to our model of practise. As employers we have been nominated for several awards alongside being rated by OFSTED as 'Outstanding'.
