Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant required.

We are keen to appoint a HLTA to enhance our support for pupils at Fountains C of E Primary School. This role would involve working closely with pupils, parents and their teachers to maximise achievement and wellbeing. The hours include a Breakfast Club on two mornings each week.

We are proud to be a Church of England school and our Christian ethos underpins the life and work of our school. We believe that each of us are unique individuals capable of spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical development. We want our children to develop positive learning attitudes built on self-belief, where effort, resilience and perseverance to learn and improve are rewarded. We want our children to have a desire to succeed and not be afraid to make mistakes. We want our children to celebrate diversity and recognise each other as unique individuals; all different; all equal; striving to be the best that they can be.

We are committed to improving the educational experience for our learners and are looking for a colleague who can adapt readily to change, has experience of working with KS2, is self-motivated and can form strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents. In return we can offer you:
• A strong commitment to your professional development;
• A positive, supportive and friendly work environment;
• The opportunity to make a real and meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people

We welcome calls from interested candidates to discuss all that the role has to offer; please contact Joanne Mallinson at office@gfschools.co.uk to make an appointment to speak to the Headteacher.

The Federation of Grewelthorpe and Fountains is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This post is subject to enhanced DBS, suitable references and medical clearance. If you have not heard from us by Wednesday 14th October 2020, please assume your application on this occasion has been unsuccessful. Thank you for your interest.
