Hours: Welcome part time & full time applicants
Contract: 2 years Fixed Term
Location: Hybrid working – with an expectation to visit County Hall for meetings, training etc.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for full time Senior Business Support Officers join our service to help support Health and Adult Services directorate in-house Provider Services Team.
The role
As our Senior Business Support Administrator, you will support the team to improve and develop management information within the services and co-ordinate information across all localities to improve the customer journey and create capacity within the Provider Services Team. You will also provide support to improve case records and accurately recording information, reviewing services improvement plans and coordinating work requests with property services team, co-ordinate information and collecting data as well as analysing data to include in reports. Your overall aim is providing dedicated administrative support to the team to enable the management to focus on supporting complex care cases.
What you will bring.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages, such as Excel and Word, bespoke systems and/or data entry, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as exceptional customer care skills suitable for dealing with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, have the ability to problem solveand solution focussed. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work with limited supervision as well as being flexible in your approach.
Experience in minute taking is preferably but not essential as full training will be provided.
