Location: Hybrid working – with an expectation to visit County Hall for meetings, training etc.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for full time and part time Senior Business Support Officers to help develop a community support team to support Adults Social Care within the Health and Adults services directorate.
The role
As our Senior Business Support Officers you will provide support to improve caseload management, reduce waiting lists and overdue community reviews, improve recording and data quality, enabling work to be prioritised and reported accurately. Your overall aim is providing dedicated administrative support to practitioners and managers to improve the customer journey and create capacity within the Adult Social Care teams.
What you will bring.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages, such as Excel and Word, bespoke systems and/or data entry, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as exceptional customer care skills suitable for dealing with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, have the ability to problem solve and be solution focussed. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work with limited supervision as well as being flexible in your approach.
Experience in minute taking is preferably but not essential as full training will be provided.
Please note we welcome applicants from across North Yorkshire, however, you must be willing to travel if required to other site locations such as Belle Vue Square in Craven, Jesmond House Harrogate, Sandpiper House Selby, Ryedale House Ryedale, Castle House Scarborough, Hipswell House Catterick, White Rose House Northallerton, when required.
