We supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes. Our clients are vulnerable adults,young adults and children who have a wide range of needs, such as Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging behaviour, Mental Health Illnesses, Parkinson’s and many more.

SNE Care Services are looking for caring, reliable, professional and fun as this would make a good fit into our current team. You must also be a quick learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Role:

Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes. Our clients are vulnerable adults and young adults and children who have a wide range of needs. This role requires you to be 18years plus as you will be required to administer medication.

We ensure that everyone gets the best welcome possible and made to feel that you are part of a family and not just a number.

You will be required to work either a full shift (7am – 9pm) or a split shift (7am - 2pm, 3pm 9pm). Alternate weekend working is also required.
