We are looking for Care and Support Worker to join our team at Ashfield Care Home in Malton. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and enhance the quality of life for our residents, families and friends in this unique and friendly home.
The home has 31 beds, offering residential care to older people within the Ryedale area. The home is currently rated as requires improvement and there is a service improvement plan in place currently to support the service to make the required changes.
No experience is care is required as full training and support will be provided which will include the completion of a nationally recognised care qualification. We are looking for someone who has a value based approach to how they work and can support all our residents in a person centred way.
