Are you looking for a rewarding job, working with like-minded people to improve the lives of others?
Then we have the role for you!

We are The Wilf Ward Family Trust, a registered charity based in Yorkshire, with over thirty years of experience providing outstanding support for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

We are recruiting for a Support Workers in the Harrogate region, presently situated at one of our services in Knaresborough.

In this role, you will spend your time with the individuals we support providing personal care, helping them with their medication, maintaining their home, or just chatting and keeping them company if they are unable to sleep.

The role may at times be challenging, yet the people in our services are so incredible that every moment of joy you spend with them will be worth it, as will knowing that your contribution goes a long way in making their lives amazing.

You will be working alongside our fantastic, dedicated team, who will always be there to provide support, advice, and the occasional slice of cake when needed. We really value our staff, and do what we can to make them feel happy and considered. Many of our team are longstanding members of staff, which goes to show just how rewarding the role can be.

You don’t need previous experience or qualifications in care to work with us. We value people with the right attitude, and invest in those who want to go further. We provide all the training you will need on the job, and our staff will always be there to help you if needed. We need people who are kind, compassionate, dedicated, and flexible, so if you can show us that, we want to hear from you.

We want all our staff to love working with us, so we have lots of staff benefits, including generous holiday entitlement, fantastic training and development opportunities, access to an employee discount scheme, and a Credit Union saving scheme.

If all of this sounds good to you, we would love to hear from you.

Apply today, and never look back!
