We are currently looking for Community Carers with a passion for caring and an interest in learning new skills, who are also able to work within a team and independently on their own.
We are a home care provider based in Scarborough who provides care to people in their own homes and are looking to add to our fantastic team.
Job Description
- To provide a high standard of care in an efficient, kind and respectful manner, preserving the dignity & respect of the resident at all times.
- To provide support & assistance for clients including personal hygiene, dressing, nutrition & social needs.
- To ensure, in conjunction with other members of the team that the physical, emotional & social wellbeing of the clients are maintained.
- To assist with recreational and social activities.
- To maintain the high standards of the home.
Experience is not essential but is desirable.
Pay Rates:
£11.89 per hour Monday - Friday £12.70 per hour Weekends
Part-Time (16 - 25 hours per week) Full-Time (25 Hours+)
We are happy to accept candidates who can do earlies or lates but don't have vacancies for lunches only.
Essential criteria:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to do visits between 7 am - 10 pm (Although you won't always do the early and late visits)
- Based within 10 miles of Scarborough
