Northallerton Music Centre has a long tradition of providing excellent ensemble opportunities for musicians of all standards. Like many ensembles, we are looking to rebuild the centre following the pandemic and require a dynamic leader to inspire pupils and stakeholders.
The centre runs on Saturday mornings from 9.00 a.m. until 12.30. You will be in charge of a team of staff and will be required to take an ensemble for part of the morning. Budget management will be a key part of the role as we look to offer value for money and boost income through rebuilding pupil numbers.
You will work closely with the Head of Music Service and other Music Centre Managers across the county to deliver a range of experiences for pupils as well as develop a long term vision for the centre.
The post is for two days per week, including Saturday mornings.
