Hourly rate: From £11.79 per hour to £12.38 per hour + £44 per night shift worked and £30 per each weekend shift worked
Hours: Various

Station View is a busy service which has different units, these include our Dementia Unit, Short breaks Unit, Assessment Unit, Rehabilitation unit and Step up Step down beds.

At Station View we have Monday – Friday input from Physio Therapists and Occupational Therapists who create a rehabilitation plan which is then carried out by the care and support Staff. This could include things such as personal activities of daily living, breakfast preparation or mobility practice as well as daily exercises. The care and support staff work very closely with Health Professionals in an integrated working environment to achieve goals set for the individual with the aim being to return to their own home. Care and support staff are also responsible for making daily records, updating assessments and creating care plans.

If you’ve got experience, that’s great, we’d love to hear from you. If not, don’t worry, we’ll give you all the help and support you need to settle in quickly. If you do not already hold the Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care that isn’t a problem we will support you to achieve this through our apprenticeship training route.
