In this specialist role, you will be supporting a complex young man with a variety of needs to manage his Autism, ADHD and associated ‘risky’ behaviours. Your focus will be to ensure his day to day welfare and safety, with an emphasis on creating opportunities to develop his life skills and improve his overall quality of life. This will include some degree of practical help in terms of general housekeeping, personal care/hygiene, meal planning/preparation and budgeting, as well as supporting a healthy community presence through social, recreational and sport related activities.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within the care sector, and have a valid UK Driving Licence.
