Care Assistants - Advantage Healthcare (Part of the City and County Group)

Advantage Healthcare offer care and support to clients with complex clinical needs within their own homes.

As a care assistant you will be responsible for the well-being, i.e. the physical, emotional and social needs of the Client, in a caring, kind and respectful manner, preserving dignity and self-respect at all times.

The shifts for this role will be 6 or 12 hour day shifts based at one clients home with both days and nights available. Experience is preferred but full training and support will be offered to the right candidates.

Clients require assistance with tracheostomy care, mobility, feeding via peg, administration of medication, personal care, catheter and bowel care. Client’s will be encouraged to maintain independence and choice in an environment which promotes excellent customer relationships.
