This is an excellent opportunity for a truly creative and forward thinking professional to make a mark at a school with outstanding potential. Given that Alternative Provision needs to deliver a bigger and broader range of services, while strengthening collaborations and securing new funding streams, your role will be key to ensuring we deliver and commission provision that meets the needs of all our stakeholders.

We are looking for a leader with vision, able to motivate pupils, stakeholders and staff. This will include directing the school’s strategic planning, leading the development of the curriculum and delivering an outstanding provision which meets the needs of our young people.
To apply, you will need a thorough knowledge of national education strategy and the wider context for Alternative Provision. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable ability to network, develop partnerships and collaborations and creatively formulate provision in an environment of constant change.
