Care and support worker - Nights
Location: Silver Birches, Filey
Hourly rate: Up to £11.39 per hour - plus weekend enhancement of £30 for each weekend shift you work.
Hours: various hours - nights - Part Time
Silver Birches is an elderly person's home which provides personal care and accommodation for people with intermediate, respite and day care needs .At Silver Birches our priority is the people we support and making a difference to them.
We are currently looking to recruit a care and support worker to join us on a part time basis – could this be you? You don’t need to have previous experience of working in care, nor do you need qualifications – we would be delighted to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.
As a care and support worker every day will be different, you will play an important role in supporting people to achieve the things that matter to them.

Your role will be fundamental in delivering, personal care to vulnerable people, ensuring their dignity and maximise their independence. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists and physios, you will be based in our rehabilitation unit where you will provide support with personal care and encourage independence to return home.
