Here at Valorum Care we have an established team of passionate Support Workers, who are keen to welcome caring individuals to work alongside them in making a real difference to people's lives at our beautiful home Alne Hall, located just 11 miles North of York.

We support residents with Physical Disabilities assisting with their daily living, meals, personal care and simply creating a home from home experience filled with fun and activities.

Within this role, you will provide assistance with care, personal support, daily living tasks or activities to people we support within their own home, day centres, residential care settings & the wider community to support them attain their full potential, maximise options available and encourage choice, participation and motivation.

Training & Progression will be ongoing throughout your career with Valorum Care. You will receive coaching and mentorship through your day-to-day work practice, as well as nationally accredited training for NVQ level 2 and 3. We are committed to supporting and developing you to be the best you can be.
