Town and Country Care is looking for a Home Care Assistant to join their caring team, who are passionate about providing people-centred and personal care to their care users. Town and Country Care actively encourages applicants who are looking for flexible hours, but are still looking to learn. Town and Country Care provides on the job training to all its staff members, to encourage them to achieve their aspirations. As well as the training on offer, you can also expect a competitive salary and holiday pay.

The part-time position is for around 16-20 hours per week including every other weekend. More hours will be available for overtime each week to cover holidays and sickness. The full-time position is for 35+ hours each week, including every other weekend.

Town and Country Care understands that each individual will have their own personal needs and therefore the care and support provided will be tailored to their requirements.
