At Morton On Swale Children’s Resource Centre, join us as we empower and
support children and young people with complex disabilities and health care
needs and inspire them to reach their full potential.
We are looking for the right individual who has high aspirations for
themselves, those they work with and for children and young people to join our
award winning team as Senior Resource Centre Worker.
This exciting post involves day to day leadership and support of a dedicated
team of Resource Centre Workers whilst on shift (including weekends and bank
holidays). In addition, the role includes contributing to all aspects of the
physical and emotional care of children and young people, whilst working in
partnership with their family and other professionals. The ideal applicant will
hold a diploma level 3 for Residential Childcare and have experience of working
in a residential childcare setting. You will have a good level of knowledge
surrounding safeguarding policies, Ofsted requirements and behaviour management
strategies.
