Location: Flexible, Hybrid Working - North Yorkshire 

Hours:          40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary:          £27,660 + OTE + Company Car / Car Allowance

About the role:

 

A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our Sales and Key Accounts Team.  This role offers the variety of both new sales and key account management.  

 

You will play a crucial role in maintaining existing customer relationships as well as developing new sales in your designated territory with the aim of growing, selling & retaining the various collection modes on offer.  

 

You will also manage, grow and retain a part of the existing key accounts to make sure that our customer’s needs and requirements are met while offering additional value through a proactive customer contact strategy.

 

Your desire to succeed will drive you to generate leads and develop relationships with individuals. As a Sales Executive, you will grow relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, your knowledge in what Yorwaste can offer customers equips you with the ability to identify further beneficial services that helps us continue to grow.  

 

Confidence using IT such as CRM and Microsoft office is also important to succeed in this role.  Along with excellent communication skills, you will be speaking with clients and with other internal departments face to face, over the phone, remotely and via email.  

 

This role is for someone who is self-motivated to consistently achieve their targets.  You come up with innovative ways to contact potential customers and use market knowledge in order to demonstrate the advantage of using Yorwaste.  With your time split between meeting customers and working under your own direction from an office or from home, this role gives you opportunity to make the most of your people skills whilst selling a vital public service.
