We are looking to appoint a Service Manager, who will help us lead and further transform directly provided Adult Social Care Services.

Our Care Provider - Service Managers are uniquely positioned to support our adult social care provision. As a key member of our Care Provider Services, you will have a passion for improving people’s lives.
It is an exciting time to joins us; we are about to embark on a transformation programme that sees us adapt the way we work to rise to the challenges of social care. You will be an instrumental part of shaping and delivering transformation, and your role will also change alongside this as we blend and integrate services to achieve effective locality-based service solutions.
As a service manager, you will lead a number of operation managers. You will be instrumental in ensuring that you will play a key role in supporting Registered Managers and Learning Disability Service Managers. Working in partnership with a wide range of colleagues, both internal and in partner organisations, to deliver outstanding care delivery in line with the Care Quality Commissions regulatory framework. You will focus on provision and operational services, as well as service development across older people, learning disability, supported living and ECH. We have a strong ethos of team working and shared responsibility, and you will establish and maintain strong relationships with social care assessors and NHS colleagues as well as people who use services and their carers. We are driven by a desire to deliver high quality outcomes for people using and living in our care services, with a strong focus on performance and effective budget management.

You are an ambitious leader committed to your own continuous professional development and your teams. You have achieved a level 5 – Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification in a health or social care related field.
