  • Is collaborative and actively works in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure the very best outcomes for the school.
  • Is evidence-informed in their approach to pedagogy, understands how to implement sustained effective school improvement and impactful professional development.
  • Can innovate, embrace opportunity and manage change, taking others with them.
  • Has recent inspection experience and/ or inspection knowledge and can effectively implement recommendations to improve the quality of education.
  • Has astute financial acumen and can deliver the best value in education provision.
